We did not like anything about this hotel.

There was no ice machine, my smoke detector was hanging by wires over the bed, the tub shower had stains , the internet said newly remodeled and we did not see anything new, my friends room had bugs! Our blinds were broken. The price was way to high for this place

Staff was very rude and have no clue about the ada rules for service animals.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h : deux réservations (une famille de 3 personnes dont un enfant de 4 ans et une personne seule). La personne à l'accueil n'a même pas pris la peine de nous demander nos réservations qu'elle nous annonçait déjà avec une totale nonchalance qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres de disponible et qu'elle ne nous proposait pas de solution. A force d'insister, on nous annonce que deux chambres sont disponibles. Malheureusement leur logiciel a un problème ils ne peuvent pas enregistrer la famille de 3. Notre amie a pu avoir une chambre. La chambre était grande nous avons donc demandé à rajouter des matelas vu l'heure tardive. Non cet hôtel n'a pas de matelas disponible. Au final, au bout de 2h, nous étions obligés de réserver dans un autre hôtel, or que nous avions déjà payé cet hôtel ! Tellement honteux de proposer ce genre de service, avec des personnes totalement incompétente. J'ai demandé le remboursement. J'attends.
