The location to the Orion amphitheater is great.

It was absolutely filthy and had cockroaches everywhere in the room. Had double room with two beds and only one towel, no washcloths and one hand towel. Went to the desk to ask for another towel and was told they didn’t have enough to give to the guests but I could get a hand towel to dry off with. Two adults had one towel each to use for four days. Disgusting! Front desk lady was a joke. Just go elsewhere! The place should be shut down.

Staff is very friendly and helpful ! Breakfast is OK.

The room is outdated and very dirty. The carpet is dusty and smells like vomit and dirty soks The bathroom has old soap stains on the wall tiles. All corners are dirty. The tub is very old and stained All corners are dirty, sticky, and dusty Windows full with fingers, dirt and dust.

my 2nd stay roaches was everywhere i had to buy roach spray cause they didn’t want to accommodate me! The manager didn’t the staff did

The room was clean, very spacious bathroom and I like how they had a Roku Tv to watch Netflix and Hulu. It was right next to a Denny's and other restaurants and shopping centers,

Ice and Soda Machines were broken outside so we had to walk to the front desk and go upstairs to get ice and a soda. Pool was closed.

the front desk staff were very friendly, the bedding and mattress were very comfy, we slept well. we only needed a place to sleep and this was super close to the venue we were visiting. great value in my opinion and the included breakfast was nice for us the morning we left

no real issues, a laundry bag or extra trash bags would have been nice to have to carry out dirty laundry but i think it was a great value for a place to sleep.

They gave my room away so I was put in a double room and couldn't sleep with my husband

room had roaches , it was unclean , smell like someone had just smoked cigarettes in the room allday , tub hadn’t been touched in months , sink was dirty it was a horrible experience I’ll never book again not to mention it was 121 dollars to book a nasty unclean room full of bugs . disgusting!

The bed was comfortable.

The carpet is very old was nasty. The bathtub needs to be replaced, its been painted and there's a piece of material in the bottom that lifts and has mold. Light switch to bedside lamp was not reliable and flickered so I unplugged lamp. Definite electrical issue.

bed was very uncomfortable, now they are renovating but the side they put us in sucked, we had no hot water to take a shower with in the morning. they said they fixed it and it should be hot acting like I’m the water will be instantly hot. so had to take a cold shower. later that day we came out. water was still ice cold and they kept saying they didn’t have a room to move my family to unless I paid a additional deposit to move to a brand new room. and would not give me my money back so I can go to another hotel that had hot water and it was my wife and 5 year old son with it being 37 degrees outside. so my arm was twisted to pay more money to move to a brand new room. so I paid. we got sent to another brand new room. it had no heat in it come to find out. got back with the desk and the only reason I did not give this place a 1 was because the evening lady at the desk. her and I went out through 4 rooms that evening to find me a room that had both heat and hot water. it was finally almost 11 before we found a room that for us after moving a couple of times. she offered me a discount for my trouble of 20 a night. I agreed to it. the next day upon checking out the manager of day shift did not give me the credit. she took the credit back out of my deposit. I paid 250 extra for the deposit and the manager only gave me 210 back for deposit stating we have you 40 back already. I said yeah for the troubles. so needless to say I still ended up paying the full rate for the trouble I had there. she didn’t care I was moving my family around the night before trying to find a room. so yeah. we will not be back.

Staff was great. Room was very nice. They have the best Banana nut muffins.

Not enough linens for beds.

Place was badly run down. Staff tried to claim a sofa bed counted as a bed.

Simple - there was no toilet paper in bathroom!
