The hedge lock on the door was broken and when we asked for another room, so we could feel safer, turns out their was something wrong with each room ( either the fridge didn’t work, microwave was broken, and some rooms were left messy and dirty with used towels all and trash all around the room. Plus don’t expect a big, nice breakfast we’re you get options. Only waffles and juice were served.

Didn’t stay the whole night. Left within 30 minutes. Awful place to stay. Snot on shower wall, toilet paper in the bathtub when we arrived. Mold on pictures in room. Disgusting place to stay.

Love the owners! They apologized MANY times for the way I was treated and did refund a nights stay and checked on us again the next day.

Front desk woman cussed me, dropped F-bombs, threw items, and threatened to kick my a$$. Why? Because the shower in our room was not working and we needed to get ready. When I asked to use another room, JUST to shower, she lost it. Also, in the middle of the night (2am), our room phone keeps ringing. I try to answer, but it doesn't work so I leave it off the hook after trying to answer 3 times. A bit later, the night clerk and some drunk, high guy come knocking on our door. Wanting to know if we know the guy. No! We were mom and pre-teen daughter traveling alone. I didn't sleep after that!

Cost, toilet was not bolted to floor, TV didn't work, Wasn't clean - had dried cheese on telephone. Also, phone cord wouldn't stay in hand set to call front desk, not enough towels (2) and less than half roll of toilet paper. Expected more from Choice hotel. In bad need of remodeling.

The staff was super friendly and location was nice.

The hotel could use some updating and could be a little more clean. I have stayed in much worse and read the reviews and was happy to see that not all the reviews were accurate. The rooms are a bit plain and outdated and could use a good dusting and the beds could be updated because they are a bit hard but it was not a bad stay. The pool is closed for the foreseeable future and that was a bummer but we were hardly in the room long enough to notice. You absolutely get what you paid for.

The property badly needs a upgrade. From the door locks to bathrooms (bathtubs have water backup). Coffee does not taste good at the breakfast.

Well, it was a horrible experience. The place is run-down and smelled bad. I believe most rooms on the first floor were smoking because it stunk. Then once we arrived at our room on the 2nd floor, we could hear what was being said in rooms out in the hall. Once in the room, we could hear every word and activity in the room next to us. When I called to ask the manager to ask the girls next door to be quiet, he asked me to do it. After I reminded him it was his job, we waited. Nothing changed. We packed up our belongings and told the manager to either move us away from the x-rated movie or refund our money. At this point we had only been there 30 minutes. We were moved but it was overall disappointing. Would NEVER recommend!!!!

toilet was coming off the floor, shower was spraying way to hard and all over the place, no breakfast as advertised

Staff was very friendly and met all of my needs, especially when I left my glasses behind and they kept them for me until I could return to get them.

Room was not clean. Trash in the bathroom, toiletries had been used and there was a hole in the ceiling. Black debris came out of the faucet in the tub.
