sometimes it's difficult to get into the turn lane for location with the way the street is done . Another way is to go past the turn lane , just take another street to turn around and go over the bridge to get into proper turn lane to building . 00

The price and staff was very helpful in fixing whatever problem came up.

First room I check into tv didn't work. Moved to second room heater didn't work and bath tub faucet keep dripping. No way to stop it. Desk clerk check third room to make sure everything work before moving there. Rest of stay fine.

Deanna was the best and most helpful person but I caught the cleaning staff inside of my room and they were not cleaning up one of them was just standing there near the TV watching the other one go through the belongings that I had left in my room to go run out to do a few things in town, assuming that they were in a safe place for about an hour or so. Luckily I have nothing missing of mine yet I don't appreciate the invasion of privacy and solely being told by the cleaning staff member that "they're so sorry" and then running away to do it somewhere else to another room in the hotel. Also, being woken up by a front desk staff member at 12:40AM with her key card trying to open the door with no permission by me to do so while I was sleeping in bed and waking me up abruptly and not needing anything except for saying "front desk" and going to every door and trying to unlock and push it open which I don't think is necessary or makes sense or is respecting my privacy or anything else really at all.

Hotel was dirty. Full of druggies that set off the fire alarm multiple times due to smoking drugs in their room. Had to stand out in the cold and rain until the fire department approved the hotel for occupancy again. Hotel clerk , Cassandra, high on some drug

The front desk people were very helpful. All the people that I interacted with were kind and friendly.

Dirty, broken down building. The carpet was nasty. I had to refuse the first two rooms I was given because the rooms smelled so bad. One had a broken bathtub faucet and the other room had a backed up toilet. The front desk upgraded my room and it was better,but barely acceptable.

The bed was comfy The staff were mostly nice.

Tosha was very friendly, and it was great to have a fidge and microwave in the rooms.

There were stains on the bed covers, we came across a very large rat just outside, our key cards didn't work after the first night and we had to get them re-magnetized, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing with only one kind of cereal (neither of the ones advertised), waffles and toast with no jam or other toppings.

Sent to first room and toilet was clogged and full of feces, bed linens didn’t look fresh. Second room has rings from cups/glasses on all surfaces.pillows awful. Hallway and stair carpets dirty. Noisy comings and goings and shrieking duri)g night. Wondered if part of it was voucher driven for house less people.wished there was instant oatmeal or something less sweet.

Fire alarms went off at 5am two times. Bathroom toilet seat was deplorable towel racks rusty and broken. Carpet was torn in different spots. The outside grounds were filthy and thousands of cig butts and broken wine bottles. YOU NEED A SPOTTER!

Dear Sir or Madame of Booking.com: On July 23, 2022 I tried to check into Lacey Motel 8 First the manager named Vickie said that booking.com had over booked her motel and she had sent 47 people away. Booking.com had caused the overbooking. She said I should call Booking.com and complain. I called the number on the reservation confirmation letter. The phone call went to this Motel 8 and Vickie answered. After a bit of talking within her office, she asked me to walk back in. I showed her my confirmation letter and she assured me that Booking,com had been hacked and the letter was not real. She Zeroxed it and read it slowly. She said she was amazed at what it said. Manager Vickie said that there was no one named Gooding was on her list. She asked me how long I had had that name and I answered 53 years. Since my reservation letter only had her phone number on it, I asked for Booking.com’s phone number. She told me it was 888 850-3958. She said I should ask for a refund. Another employee in the office said the Booking.com was not a very good company. I said that I had booked 3 rooms for 4 or 5 nights through Booking.com when I took my children and grandchildren to Oregon and had no problem. The next morning I ate my waffle in the Breakfast room from 8 AM to 8:20. There were very few food choices. I was amazed that I was the only one in the Breakfast room, or even in the hallways of a motel that was FULL. The quality of this Motel 8 room was poor. The rug felt damp, like it had just been washed that day. In the morning it still felt damp. The bathroom door on room 111 was a couple of inches too big, so it was not possible to close it. The bathtub dripped. On one bed, the pillowcases looked wrinkled, as though they had been used, and the bed had just been remade. I hope there is a way to ASSURE me that your reservation is real and you have not been hacked and that I never experience almost being turned away, again.

I loved how they made me feel at home and the breakfast was great the staff were very on top of things. We always had clean towels and supplies. And it was clean and free of riff raff.
