Breakfast is to early for us. We didn't get to use faculties nor did we have Breakfast. I think that people on vacation are sometimes interested in sleeping in. I believe that you should be able to fill out a Breakfast menu and have it dropped at your door.

The location

Everutu was great.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options. I appreciated the fruit and oatmeal since I am vegan. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I would have appreciated a few more wall hooks in the room.

I love everything even the employees super nice and sweet, and they were very kind to everyone who were staying there. the pool was really nice and clean, and the housekeepers were really nice also.

now I know it’s not the hotel problem but the homeless camps are everywhere around there I didn’t feel safe/my car also didn’t feel safe!

The size of the room was amazing. We were only there for 2 nights but with 2 young kids, they had plenty of room to play and even run around.

The location is not the best. It is located along a big road with a lot of stores, and restaurants but it is not a very nice walk. A lot of these places also look abandoned. There are not but just a weird feel.

no security in the parking lot though it’s next to a large homeless encampment. you have to empty your car so that it doesn’t get broken into

breakfast was very good. the kids really enjoyed it. the pillows were great.

The bathroom in room 317 smelled moldy. There was black all around the sink under the counter rim and black gunk in the bathtub metal plate on the front of the bathtub. the lighting was very poor in the room. the refridgerators need to be colder and cold when you get your room.

The location was great! I liked that there was plenty of seating and a well-designed room to serve ourself breakfast. The time available for breakfast was spot on for early and not-so early risers. High ceilings allowed the conversation noise to "vent" upwards.

I eat gluten-free, non-dairy, and no/little sugar. Pretty much everything available was predominantly gluten, dairy, high sugar. I had a coffee with non-dairy creamer (yay), banana (yay), and a sugary yogurt but I needed protein so I ate one. I also had a half cup of orange juice (assuming it had sugar). I was at a day-long event and this barely got me to lunch. Tofu, eggs, meat (sausage, bacon), green shakes that we can make or pre-made could be additional options.

At check in i was charged $15 in case i wanted to buy any of their snacks. Odd.. then was told it would be reimburesed at check out. At time i checked out i let her know that the charge needed to be reimbursed, she said it would. Then i asked for a print out receipt she said she couldnt print out the receipt it would be emailed. The charge was never reimbursed... Other than that the hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.
