Door not locking, mold on ceiling, paint peeling, sheets looked dirty, room didn’t look clean and even had something splattered on bathroom door

The hotel location is very convenient. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small desk in the room which was very convenient. The reception desk staff were helpful with local area information.
They should NOT advertise that breakfast is included. Thre is NO breakfast, just a ridiculous pastry commercially packaged, tasteless and seemed aged. The coffee was good.

Didn't like anything at all. Our room had so many issues from the time we tried finding the hotel. It says La Quinta out side. Not Baymont. First room lock was broken and couldn't get in room. Second room air didn't work right. Half the lights didn't work. TV remote didn't work. Tub felt soft like we were going to fall through. Hispanic cleaning lady was extremely rude. NO BREAKFAST LIKE IT ADVERTISED. One issue after another. Horrible. Will Never stay again. I want my refund and emailed the manager and no response. Poor customer service. Even had one guy from office come and see everything wrong and he just said oh we are going to remodel some day.

The location. Distance wise from various food places & gas stations was convenient.
Upon entering the room it had the smell of days old cigarettes. It was unpleasant. We decided not to say anything bc after reading other reviews it seemed to be something the wasn’t out of the ordinary.

Staff was really friendly polite and helpful. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.
The lamps didn't work the light above the bathroom sink didn't work and the chairs at the table didn't match the door was super hard to xlose

Good location; very accessible from any direction.
I booked this hotel with the belief there would be breakfast; there was none. The a/c worked well, but it was seriously loud!
We found cockroaches in one of the rooms.

Rooms were cleaning but had a musty smell maybe needed some up-grades
the smell for the carpets or the wood flooring in the bathroom. There were two of us in a room could have used a couple more towels.

Good location for our activities.
The place needs extensive remodeling. Commode had issues flushing, Faucet valve handle fell off into the bathtub. Front door difficult to unlock with key / operate. Advertised a continental breakfast but non available…only coffee.

The sink was leaking and they just put a bucket to catch the water instead of fixing it. There were also baseball sized holes in the drywall.

Nothing, as soon as I came into the parking lot I noticed the old dated building. It look dirty, it had broken windows.
