Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Clean facility. Excellent breakfast.

Sheets and blankets were a little worn and needed replaced.

The breakfast was adequate and the lady who stocked the breakfast area kept things cleaned and stocked well. The rooms were spacious, the location was excellent and with the exception of one very unprofessional young man who worked the night shift…the rest of the staff were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and attentive to guest needs.

Only one unprofessional employee who was clearly inexperienced in customer service.

There was hair all over the room, including the linens. The room advertised had a sofa but our room did not. The shower had mold and mildew stains on the caulking and was nasty looking. There was a soccer team staying in the hotel too and they had 20+ people in the pool and they were out of control. They were fighting and nearly pushed my daughter in. They were utilizing the handicap lift inappropriately and there was no enforcement of the "adult supervision required" rule. The only adults that were in and out of there were drinking alcohol around the pool (also not allowed). It was a horrible experience altogether.

We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because a soccer tournament was going on and I guess most of the players stayed at LaQuinta. They took up the whole dining hall and wasn’t nice about sharing anything. The whole night kids ran up and down the hall rather loudly. They even took our do not disturb sign and slide it under our door. They window has sheer panels so the whole room was well lit all night. I told check out lady about the constant noise thru that night. I had a real important Dr appointment that morning that I needed complete rest and No anxiety for this test. Didn’t happen…. So unhappy that they didn’t place all soccer players on same level which would given the rest of the rest and relaxation we needed for a peaceful rest. I doubt anything come from this but I thought you should know.

Read above 👆👆👆👆 So due the all the soccer players most of them went full belly to soccer field. The rest of us had little to choice from. This was at 7:30-8:00 am

Location was good. The whole place was nice and clean.

All was good. The only thing I could maybe try to complain about was the pool was cold. To other people it might of been perfect. None the less it didn't phase my kiddo. I was a wimp though and it was too cold for me but no big deal on my end as long as the kiddo enjoyed it.

Was clean even though still remodeling. Good location. Good staff.

Breakfast was horrible. Gave me cramps and runs all day. Bathroom wasnt very clean, found hair and if you flush better run or you'll get wet.

Highway accessibility

Toilet flushing loud and hard. Shower door slams shut, maintenance worker open room door after we checked in.
