Wir wurden in eine gegenüberliegenden Trackt untergebracht; Klimaanlage konnte aufgrund des Staubes und Drecks nicht eingeschaltet werden, großes Loch neben der Klima hinaus ins Freie. Der ganze Boden war staubig und ungepflegt.

This place should be closed. They are running a classic bait and switch con and should not be listed on Booking.com. The facility was not as advertised. The room was not at the address listed but at a “roach” motel down the road that was crawling with bugs. Nothing worked. Taking a shower was a battle because the hot and cold water alternated randomly. The coffee machine was not operational. The light switches were worn out, the AC unit turned on and off intermittently without regulating the temperature, there was no internet as advertised, the TV did not work, the bedding felt like sandpaper. When I told the front desk about the non-operational TV, internet, and coffee machine, they said they would send someone. No one was sent.

Nothing!

So yucky and trashy! We couldn’t believe an old water heater and air conditioning unit were laying right outside where the staircase was. The pool was dirty and not appealing. Facility was so outdated and rooms too.

Hotel was nice, very nice location

Locatie perfect, 30 minuten rijden van de grand canyon. Gezellig barretje, lekker gegeten

Kleine kamer, klein bed, douche veel te laag, werd ook spontaan warm en koud. Werden om half zes gewekt door een haan (haan en kippen lopen los over het terrein).

d'être relégués dans la partie motel de l'autre côté de la route, dans une chambre dont la porte et les fenêtres étaient très mal isolées (il faisait froid quand on y était), des lumières tellement tamisées qu'on n'y voyait rien, pas de frigo/micro-onde dans les chambres et pas de petit déjeuner proposé...
