Room was clean, spacious and well stocked. liked having a separate area from bedroom
No AC and could not open bedroom window while we were sleeping, because it looked out onto walkway so room got very uncomfortable for sleeping with door closed. Bed was very hard and a little uncomfortable for us.

The beds were terrible
Hideabed springs poked through 2" mattresses. No sheets or pillows. One blanket in the bedroom closet. Which I put on the mattress. There is not enough creamer in rooms. For over 200 dollars, we could have had some bottle water. The apartment was clean and pretty, but it seemed like you were on your own, came home, and stayed one night in a hotel for 86 dollars coffee water and comfortable beds. I choose gray Gull because of the reviews just.check for sheets pillows blanket coffee water, and other comforts before the front desk closes

The place is really nice I enjoyed staying here but the place needs some updating the toilet was not working properly I had to take the lid off the toilet and fiddle with the latch to make it work correctly.
Location clean comfortable Poole outside area close to the convention center and ocean the view very nice the rooms are nice loved the kitchen

Comfy bed clean and neat rooms. Excellent location
No large pots for cooking but several frying pans and a small pot. Had to get my own pot.

The view of the ocean was spectacular. The room was amazing.
The only gripe I had was the fireplace wasn't working. Would have loved the ambience of it, but enjoyed trip overall.

Having a full kitchen And is like a 1 bedroom apt.... view of pool.
The hide a bed was very uncomfortable and should probably be changed, but it was 3 nights and everything else was so good

Didn't have breakfast, location was ok.
That it was pet friendly, BUT YOU COULDNT TAKE YOUR PET TO THE POOL WIRH YOU, OR YOU COULDN'T LEAVE YOUR PET IN THE ROOM , THEN GO TO THE POOL. WHY BE PET FRIENDLY!!!

The room was clean and everything worked. It was nice to have the little fireplace and the view into the backyard was pretty. Loved the deer that came into the yard.
The floor was uneven and it felt like walking on uneven ground. No breakfast.

The area was great the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Great beaches near by. Cute town.
No ac as is advertised on booking which was the main reason I booked because of the heat wave that's been going on

Vaulted ceiling architecture was gorgeous, but only because it was top floor. Even so, a great room.

We try to do Ocean Shores annually and this year we returned to The Grey Gull and it was great!
I loved the bathrooms in the lobby and our room was perfect!
The only thing I can think of is the pod coffee maker in the room wasn't very intuitive. Extremely minor because instructions are posted.

Location on the end
No dishwasher. This one was much smaller than others I've stayed in previously. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Paper thin walls, could hear our neighbors clearly.

Room was lovely, clean, well appointed. Good assortment of dishes, pans, etc. Appreciated having enough towels, etc.
Hide a bed mattress. There are better mattresses, need to invest. That alone could have me staying some place else.
No hot water by 9:30 am.

We love this location. The kitchen is great for families.
We've stayed at the grey gull several times, I've never been able to write in the didn't like section until this visit. Both the king bed and the sofa bed need to be replaced, they were both extremely uncomfortable.
