The room was exceptionally clean. Being someone with allergies, it was wonderful to know that someone deep cleaned the room. I will be staying there again. They also have a nice small playground with swings. I really liked the game room. I plan on return with the grand-kids and if the weather is not so nice, the kids would have fun here as well. The staff was great. Everyone i met was eager to assist.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the rooms were bigger than I expected.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like

the convenience of the bottom floor room woth sliding doors. the staff was amazing as always. we have a wonderful experience at the Polynesian and have stayed here for the last 3 years for a convention.

to small of a garbage can in the kitchen for a 2 bedroom apartment is all I can come up with because we really did experience great service and a clean beautiful room.

The location to the beach, and the ease of access to be able to let our dog outside.

Our room had no hot water. 2 minutes after getting in the shower the water turned ice cold. I called the front desk and they said the maintenance man is gone, and that they sometimes get complaints because the room I'm in has a small water heater that's shared with another room. So I should "wait 20 minutes and try again". So I did, same thing. I should have been discounted for the lack of hot water. It was impossible to take a shower, might as well hopped in the ocean. Our bedframe felt like it was broken. And the pool and hot tub area are a bit outdated and needed a better clean. But at least the shower next to the hottub had hot water, you may want to try that if you need a real shower.

Good room view, always enjoy having balcony.

If I book a room 1 night I get a fire log. We booked a room for 4 nights, we should get fire log for each night we book a room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was in very poor condition. The carpet had many stains and loose fibers. Door to bedroom would not close completely. Bathroom only had two bath towels. Room had a musty odor, either from mold or it had been closed up for weeks.
