The room had exposed or not properly installed outlets. The outlet behind the bed had loose wiring. When I plugged in my cell phone charger, the room went dark. As I moved the cell phone charger (and outlet) the room's power went on and off. The outlet for the heater was not screwed in and was hanging off. I requested a refund. Have not been able to get in touch with the manager. I went to another hotel out of an abundance of safety concerns.

there was actual poop down the whole side of the toilet. when I went to the office she basically told me I was lying. didn’t get refund or stay at the hotel. waste of money.

The bed was ok

1) TV did not work. 2) rats nest of wires in an open junction box on the wall. 3) Both lamps are majorly rusted and should be replaced. 4)Window drapes were old and don't match the room color. 5) no towel racks in the bathroom 5) no drain plug in either sink or bathtub. I emailed Wyndham with a more detailed list of the problems.

The room was good enough room

No hot water or ice machine or soda machine

The location was fine, but Wyndham needs to remove their name from properties like this. I normally look for the Wyndham when traveling and understand the different levels of quality in hotel chains. but this one was below standard.

The elevator phone rang most of the day on Saturday without being answered or cut off. there was trash in the walkway and elevator. Bird droppings filled the stairwells. The elevator had a loud clunk and dropped about 6 inches when going up when we used it causing us to use the stairs the remaining time. The TV would not work and the staff could not fix it. this lead to us changing rooms. My wife and child had problems opening and closing the door. In an emergency, my 11-year old that is strong for her age would not have been able to open the door to get out.

Good price and location. Bathroom had been recently remodeled. Room was clean.

The guests in the next door room were very loud until around 4am.

There were bugs in the room. And the room next to us was a woman sitting out on the front then her kids screaming like they were getting beat. We stayed for approximately 20 minutes and wanted our money back. We did not stay there.

Bed was comfortable. Location was close to beach.

Lights were burnt out. No garbage can in room. Floor was moist and sandy. Stairwell was sketchy

The staff was great very helpful. Thank you sorry can’t remember her name but she help us a lot with blankets and batteries. So thank you

The room was dirty. I had to mop the floor with body wash and hot water and a towel to mop the floor. The bathroom was full of hair. The walk way was dirty. That hotel just needed some TLC. Just because it’s not the Hilton doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep it up like it is
