The location was good easily located through out eateries
Checking in staff wasn’t pleasant or helpful w reservations got to my room to find it DIRTY!! towel hanging over shower floor philthy

The staff were nice.
It was garbage by the stairs. Blood on the walkway. People yelling at 3:00 in the morning. Tv didn’t work.

The room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke, even though the room was 'non-smoking'. The sheets were worn, very thin. Some towels had hair on them. The room was dingy, as was the exterior of the hotel. We decided to NOT stay there - it was just too uncomfortable. The staff person offered us another room but we didn't want it.

They charged $100 deposit which they weren't supposed to the floors were sticky the place was completely unclean didn't have another room they could give me that was clean all in all one of the grossest hotels I have ever checked into I did not stay

It's far from the people I didn't want to be around
There were homeless people on the property being loud in the late hours,I expected an oven to bake.

Everything. when I showed up to check in it was and it took a while to even get someone to come to the desk. Staff acted as if I was the inconvenience. The next day at 7am I have the hotel staff (same man who checked me in) bang on my hotel door telling me I need to come downstairs and pay (I already paid). I get down there and it’s an argument of the man trying to tell me I didn’t pay until he realized my card “accidentally” got kicked off my reservation booking “somehow”. Very Sketchy. The facility is dirty inside and outside. The Elevator smelled and had a puddle of piss in the corner ALL the time. I felt very unsafe by guest that were staying there as well.

they didnt give me my paid room was stuck in snow storm.Arived at two in the morning then they wanted for me to pay again worst night ever bad night clerk had to sleep in chair at the airport when they had lots of vacant rooms

Close to places to eat. Friendly and respectful staffing.
There was old milk still left in the fridge from the person who stayed there before me and then bed wasn't the most comfortable and paper thin walls where you hear everything.

I pay 2 nights but I just sleep one and I found another hotel
to stay my second night I did not feel not safe on this hotel
The room and bathroom are super dirty
The tub never be washed
The kitchen sink clogged
Noise all night
Entrance door had a gap between the door

they did not allow me to check in so I could not stay there. they said their front desk person was late and asked me to wait. that was around 9pm at night. at 11:30pm the front desk person still hadn’t come and the security guard said he did not know how to check me in. i had already paid for the room and they would. it let me in it. I had to find a different hotel to stay in that night and they would not refund my money.
