Location and view

Loved the location! LOVED being on the ocean. Close to food and shops.

I didnt like how we had to pay for parking. They told me 20 bucks extra but it was really 40 bucks. We did find some playing cards under the table and some children toys stuffed into the couch. So the cleaning wasn't the greatest, we had dirty feet from the first night walking on the tiles. Tub faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken and ceiling fan in room was broken so it got hott at night. They asked if we wanted to send maintenance but I didnt want to deal with someone fixing the fan while we were on vacation in the room.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Being able to see the beach from my room was breathtaking. I will be visiting again and I hope that I get the same room

Booking.com misled about the room. Showed pictures of the room that were not actually what we got. We had a room with no windows or light. We thought we would be looking at a beach from our room. Disappointed

The outside facilities were beautiful. The fire place, several grills, the pool & waterfall .

The room has 1 window but even it didn't face anything but the hall way 😑. People in the hall late at night could be heard as if they were in the room with me. The room I was in was actually like a dorm room of sorts. When you walk in the first thing you see is a wall with 2 large electrical panels taking up space. The couch isn't anything but a seat without a back but it's leaned up against a cabinet that's isn't stable. Everytime you shut the door a medium size picture falls down behind the TV. The toilet is loud and takes awhile to fill back up. The air conditioner worked well, but has a very loud rattle sound. I went through booking.com but they send about 30 emails almost daily. Very annoying. They didn't send me a notice that my card would be charged but they emailed everything else including codes to get in. But they sent a message inside the app that gives no notification. My card was charged a week before I even got there! And I wasn't informed that i'D HAVE TO PAY $25 for parking until I began getting text messages from Escapes themselves! So 2 surprises in payment. I was confused as to why they needed my email since I was already getting so many email! Booking (a third party) was sending me codes to get in but I was also receiving texts with different codes. Never again! I thought it was scammers to be honest. I'm done with both of them; Booking.com & Escapes

Elevator smelled of chlorine bleach. Got a call my guests had been evicted but was wrong room. No apology given!

The room overall was okay for sleeping. It was a timeshare room that was not in use. Location was central to several Orange Beach attractions. The fitness room and the pool were better than expected. The outdoor fireplace, gazebo and outdoor seating were a surprise.

First off, the road signage was small compared to the surrounding building signs. We drove by it twice trying to find it because we got to Orange Beach later than we expected and it was already dark. There's no staff onsite with the exception of security (who was great). I would have addressed my concerns with management in person if someone had been onsite. There were several little things that bothered me in the room itself. The bathroom door stuck in the door frame in the upper corner and would wake up anyone who was sleeping. The sofa sleeper had food crumbs down inside and under it on the floor. We found a drink coaster folded up inside the sofa mattress. At least we had clean linens to put on the sofa mattress once we brushed the crumbs off the mattress. Our second night was probably the worst of the stay. At 1:30 AM, a smoke detector decided to start chirping due to low battery. I went down to security (who was fantastic) and he and I both went through housekeeping and maintenance closets looking for spare batteries, which none were found. I got in the truck at 2:15 AM and drove around looking for any place that might have 9V batteries. Finally found a convenience store open and bought the replacement battery. Got back to the room, installed the new battery and laid back down, only for a second smoke detector that I had missed to start chirping with a weak battery. It was 3:00 AM and I was too tired to go out looking for another battery. I took that smoke detector down and pulled the old battery to shut it up. A second battery was bought a few hours later and replaced, so room 502 has two brand new batteries in the smoke detectors. The room has a washer/dryer combo and the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to get laundry dry.

Only problem i had was that i couldnt stay longer lol .. didnt want to leave :)

Location was great!

We got locked out before our check out time. I thought Outdoor pool was also heated, was too cold to use. I should check into that more next time.

I LOVED staying here! We walked in and the room King suite studio was really spacious and clean. The amenities were perfect. Beach access was a bonus. I will definitely stay here again.
