We had 7 people so obviously we couldn’t travel in one car. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay for an extra parking pass after paying that much to rent the place. There were only 4 washcloths when the place sleeps 8 people. We had to go buy some more. The refrigerator took 2 days to get our drinks cold. The place was not very clean. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable for sitting on the deck. After paying $3500 for a week, we expected more. It was just ok.

great location and balcony!
There were only three wash cloths and four of us were staying there. I would suggest supplying 4 washcloths in both bathrooms. Other than that, everything was great!

the condo was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed with the exception of a hairdryer. great location and easy beach access
The entire property was undergoing renovations and the noise level was terrible due to the drilling and sanding of concrete every day. The balconies were closed during this time as well. This lasted from the hours of 8am -5pm each day. we thought we could escape it by going to the pool but that was not the case either. Really disappointed due to the timing of the repairs. The owner did warn us beforehand but we hoped the work would be finished by our arrival.

I loved the close proximity to the beach and other eating locations and activities. I also love the fact that there was games to play, puzzles to put together things just to help spend more quality time. I also enjoyed reading other guests experiences and suggestions on what they ate or where they went.
The building facelift project if you will was a little noisy. However, it did not interrupt watching morning sun rises.

The condo was fantastic! Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Loved the dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The only bad thing is that they were doing construction on the property. It was very loud and we were not able to stay in the condo while it was happening.

The location and ease of getting to the beach was great! Prefect view from the balcony where we got some sun on a super windy day. The condo came equipped with everything you could need and was spacious enough for the 6 people we had.
The poolside bathrooms were under construction so a little inconvenient for the pregnant lady with us.

This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owners went great and the instructions made everything easy. We look forward to another visit. Thank you!

Everything! It was beautiful, view was outstanding, condo was very pretty and clean, and loved having coffee on the glider while watching the sunrise from the balcony, and the toy box was well stocked which was a nice extra for the kids.
Only 2 very small issues: the guest toilet was clogged which was easily fixed with a plunger and the coffee maker was dirty. Also, fixed easily with a descaling with some vinegar and scouring the pot. No big deal!

The condo was clean (besides the sofa slip covers)and was exactly as we expected. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. Walmart was less than a block away for grocery pickup!
The slip covers on the sofa had a few spots on them. Maybe they could be washed more frequently. They weren’t terrible, but did have several noticeable spots.

Condo was updated, clean, comfortable and kitchen well stocked with supplies. Location in Orange Beach was absolutely perfect.....unobstructed view of the gulf.
