The location was accessible to the highway.

The parking lot was not cleaned from ice which made it extremely dangerous. I fell a few times taking luggage out of the car.

The breakfast was good. The location is not too far from downtown.

I thought I booked a room with a pill out couch that had a wall or bathroom separating the two rooms for some privacy. So when we got there we started unloading our stuff and once done I looked up my reservation to see what I actually booked compared to what I got. I had indeed booked a room that had a wall separating the room with the bed and the room with the pull out couch. So when I went back up to the front desk I was told I should of said something immediately when I first thought there was a problem. I probably should have but we had been on the road for almost three hours and we wanted to get our stuff in and get settled. So since I did not immediately bring it to their attention and it was like 40 mins later they would not exchange me rooms. I think I should of gotten what I booked no matter what and that the people there working was rude and not accommodating at all.

Everything the staff was so friendly I would rather come here than any big hotel I've ever been to.

Staff were friendly, it was close to the location of an event we were attending, the bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was really good.

The lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor, and it was difficult to fall asleep because we could hear guests in other rooms until well after midnight.
