Nice and clean, spacious rooms

The tv was real small and in a weird location

It was great

The room set up with the kitchenette and comfortable reclining chair was great.

It was difficult connecting to the internet. There was a dog show in town, so there was too much barking.

I like the quiet, clean and spacious room. The location of the hotel is convenient for me in Greeley. The overall quality of the hotel and room is very good.

I would like to see more variation in pillow thicknesses. The one size of blanket is too thick for me and my wife. I would like to see two thinner blankets instead of one thick one.

Reagan changed our reservation from a King Suite (which is what I requested) to a handicap room. I made those reservations weeks in advance and Reagan changed them the very morning we were to stay there. There was nothing in the room. No USB ports to charge our equipment! Coffee pot and NO coffee! Terrible facilities to say the least! Worse hotel we have ever stayed at! Will NEVER stay there again and it was $150 a night. No compensation for our inconvenience either! Bad business!! Will go further up the chain with this one!!

Clean, safe and secure,room was large and well equipped.

No coffee in the room. Parking lot was partially blocked off due to re-paving, we had to park at the Culvers restaurant next door. Not where I would ideally park my car. Staff informed us the 2nd day of our stay that rooms are only serviced/cleaned every 7 days. REALLY??? We had to ask for clean towels. We were informed at check-in there was a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. I would have liked to have had that information when I made the reservation as I was quite specific we were traveling with a small dog. Room was quiet and clean.
