Spacious and clean room. Everything in working order, the hotel is really pretty with pops of bright turquoise to make the space seem cheerier. Loved that it's within walking distance or quick drive to a variety of places to eat. The staff were all so nice and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet. I arrived at 6ish AM one morning and 7ish the next morning. The eggs were a weird cold consistency, and the potatoes and sausage tasted like they were left out a long time. Much rather go out to eat.

That we had room for everyone, including our dog. We loved the pool, breakfast, out door spaces and the view of the mountains from our room.

The only complaint that we have was the bed wasn't comfortable for my husband, but that's because he has a bad back.

Breakfast was great, it had everything you could want for that type of setting. The rooms were a great size and location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

told we could not have my daughter who lived in town or grandkids in the facility. it was Christmas and we booked here to have them come swim with us. we got here pool closed and told they couldn’t come in to swim or be in the premises anyway. this was NOT on the website or I would not have stayed here!

Breakfast was sub par, not the best if you want something good. Eggs rubbery, fruit had to keep asking for it to be put out as they walked past it several times.

The smell of POT from anther customer that was on the floor below us. We could smell it in our room and hallway, very strong. We was told that they could do nothing about it, as they have had a lot of complaints.

I like how friendly the staff was.

I didn’t like how they only put 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Location to daughter’s home & walking distance to shops/restaurants

The manager’s reception on were held Monday to Thursday evenings but is only held now on Monday to Weds. The sign by the food area at this hotel needs to be changed because it still said Monday - Thursday. Also, the foods served need to be kept warm: food was cold

It's one of my favorite hotels. Every time I stay there is amazing. Wonderful facilities, food and a great staff.

Mon-Wed 5-7 pm free dinner and beer/wine. Excellent staff. Attentive and Very polite. Clean hotel and room. Basketball court great for kids. Indoor pool and hot tub. Location was convenient to everything.

Bed was hard and pillows disappear under your head. not comfortable. had a hard time sleeping. morning noise outside of bedroom window. either from lowes or nearby construction project. unsure. Suite and kitchenette were nice to have, but a lot less spacious than others we have stayed in.

That they were able to upgrade me on day 2 to a 1 bedroom suite because the 1 bed suite was not spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Wonderful Customer Service on the part of Angel at the front desk.

Comfy bed, spacious room.

Our stay started out rough… we got to our room and it wasn’t ready for us. I think it’s just a matter of being understaffed (like all over). Tina (front desk), was apologetic and very kind. The parking lot had no spots due to sharing it with the pub crowd on Saturday… not too happy about parking at the neighboring senior living facility.

our bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Someone came up to spray but it only masked it. Was told by front desk that they would try to do something but never heard back.
