The room was nice sized and the hot tub in our room worked well.
Breakfast was overcrowded and items were not refilled. We had to eat in our room. The hot tub was not working and we were not informed at check in. It is the reason we chose the hotel. We were moved three different times by staff trying to find a room that was accommodating for our group. I had to pay for an upgrade. The hotel would not give compensation .

Breakfast was acceptable and they had free bottled water in the lobby.
We weren't told anything about breakfast times at check in. Person checking us in seemed inexperienced, didn't ask for my ID.

Close to where we needed to be.
Over priced for basic amenities. This was just a one right stay. Arrived later in the evening and left early next morning.

recently updated but the ceiling in our room was still a little dinged up. Shelley was so kind and welcoming. looked forward to seeing her friendly face.

There were many food options for breakfast. Perfect location with boat dock just a few blocks away!
Bed was a bit too firm for our liking.

The location was relatively close to where we spent most of our time. Breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was awesome! Pretty good spread and coffee was pretty good! Has a pool for the kids and close to the golf course we were playing at.
Out beds were super uncomfortable. Hard to sleep on. the linens were very rough. Made for a long night of tossing and turning.

The breakfast was a nice perk. The central location to both Spirit Lake and Okoboji was key.
