It’s a great corporate hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped for remote working. Can’t fault it. The food is better than expected for a hotel like this which is a real plus given the location. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. This has been consistent in the few times I’ve stayed here this year! Love this

Common areas are a little dated and one elevator doesn’t work. Although I wasn’t delayed so not really a big deal.

very soft pillows, would have enjoyed a firmer pillow but that’s a gamble I could avoid if I remembered to pack my own lol

The lobby was beautiful and the seating was comfortable since we had to wait hours to be able to check in

1. Room had large water roaches 2. Took over 2 hours before could check in because room was not ready 3. Took over 90 minutes to have housekeeping to deliver additional supplies to room

Nothing but location l. I am a regular customer of Sheraton Mahwah in NJ and it’s very clean and nice staff.

The room has bad smell There were a pair of old socks close to the bed. There were insects and bed bugs. The attitude of the reception lady who chucked us in as well as the breakfast lady although we paid for the breakfast in advance but she was very rude.
