The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly

It was dirty and disgusting!! Had to ask for new sheets because the ones that were on the bed had black stains and cigarette burns on them, the room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like a ashtray, looked nothing like the pictures online! Also holes in walls, and please wear shower shoes in the bathroom, i recommend that you not take your shoes off at all. Also the people hanging out partying half the night didn’t help.

I was told my desk staff that they would send me a prepaid gift card as a deposit because we had left without receiving it. I have yet to hear any communication in regards to the gift card

I loved Norma! She was amazing. She was super friendly, very helpful and honestly talking to her was a highlight!!

The room wasn’t the cleanest. We had to sleep on top of the blankets due to finding hairs on the sheets. The was a smashed up candy bar on the floor and hair all over the bathroom floor.

Cleanliness was lacking. sheets with hair. bathtub needed scrubbing. pillows were flat and small.

Easy check in, as well as adding days. Housekeeping came like clockwork. Friendly environment.

There wasn't a coffee pot in room, but I brought my own.

Option for smoking or nonsmoking rooms

You only have 15 minutes after you check in to get a refund. In my first 30 minutes I was greeted by cock roaches. The pictures of the rooms give a good illustration but did not match, sheets had holes and the pillows are old.
