The breakfast was good the rooms was ok even though they are under construction it was still good the cable kept going out but the size of the rooms was a great fit for me and my family the microwave work the refrigerator was good the location is good because you are by Walmart and sam's the mall there are a lot of food places u there to

When I tell you my experience was not good this was the baddest experience I have ever stayed at because the room they had us in at 116 was filthy it was roaches on the wall smashed LED cups in the room bugs in the bathroom a black ring around the toilet also hair on the floor and a rubber band and stains on the chair and then the floor was not vacuumed at all then they moved us to another room upstairs was a lil bit better but the floor was not vacuumed at all I had to tell them the next morning to vacuum and the sleep was not comfortable at all the lights were so dim the elevator was a mess and the smell was not right it didn't feel clean at all the wall plugs I couldn't even charge my phone up because the charger keep coming out the wall I should not have to buy bleach and Lysol and go and clean my own room from working in housekeeping years ago I know I it all go and that was not clean at all that and the have sign up saying they are under renovations but I understand that but still clean the rooms with care when you walk in a room you should be able to feel the cleanest of the hotel and smell it I feel like they don't care about it as long as they got are money and that's wrong because stuff was still dusty and I didn't even eat breakfast because if they have roaches I can imagine they have rats also

My family and I were in town for Mardi Gras. First time at your hotel, staff was great. Location was super.

Family and I in town for Mardi Gras, first time staying at your hotel, location of hotel was great, shopping restaurants perfect. The hotel is old and in need of major overhaul, noticed sign of renovations to be done. I had 2 rooms reserved the rooms I was given were not the rooms I expected. The rooms were small and clean BUT they were not in the best shape, room doors need replacing. The microwave was not cleaned, shower curtain could be updated, bathtub had mold around the edge in the sealant. Everything needs replacing furniture, bedding, doors. Breakfast menu could use a makeover as well. Hope to see major changes by my next trip. We had a great time

This hotel needs to be remodeled. New staff needs to be hired. Checking in was horrible, worst place I've stayed in a long time. Had it not been so late, I would have left.
