The room was nice and we felt safe. Lots of food and grocery stores local to the hotel as well.

I will say the ladies cooking the breakfast in the morning could be a little more friendly. They seemed to hate their job every single morning we were there..if you don't want to work with the public than maybe that job isn't for you. We also are the type of people that clean up after ourselves so they didn't have to come in behind us and do anything..they were just rude. The pool area wasn't cleaned the whole stay either but the kids still enjoyed it.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was very good. I always love free parking.

Staff was often missing from the desk and it often took several minutes to get help. The parking lot was small.

Friendly staff and clean rooms every time that I've stayed.

I really don't like the showerheads in most of the rooms. I'm a person of short stature and it's hard for me to adjust water sprayer.. I'd prefer to use the ones you use in a handicap rooms. You feel cleaner

Rooms need major upgrades, carpet is old and dirty and multiple stains, AC/Heating systems are noisy and a loud buzzing and rumbling through the night, Bed was comfortable but pillows way to small. Bathwater was luke warm. All the lamps in the room had different bulbs in them making it very uninviting, throughout the hotel the bulbs used in lamps and fitting are wrong making it seem like a cheap motel.
