Tv with the cable.
The fighting with Roaches all night long. It made it extremely hard to sleep which caused me to have a seizure which since I spent the second night at the hospital I didn’t have the chance to go to the office. Based on the experience at the motel I feel that I am due a refund for the 2 nights that we paid cash for which can either be mailed to my home address below or refunded to the original card I provided when I booked the room.

The front desk staff and the one cleaning lady I had contact with were all very nice and friendly.
It was pet friendly, and I was traveling with my cat.
The room was very worn and appeared dirty. It was hard to tell because it was in such disrepair. The towels were old, worn, and stained. The room was sparsely furnished. No blanket or bedspread. My room door was a challenge to get to close. Almost as hard to open.
They billed me in addition to what I had paid you (booking.com). I noticed I had been billed twice. The front desk person (Abigail) was very apologetic and expertly took care of correcting the problem. But it was only corrected because I noticed.

Convenient location
Cleanliness issues and the staff were like vultures, hanging outside our room, harassing us to hurry up and leave. Really sucked.

Nearly everything. Dirty floor they didn’t mop or sweep or vacuum the entire 3 day stay. No bathroom amenities but two tiny bars of soap. No in room coffee maker and no food or beverages at all in the locked lobby no guests were even admitted to! Staff that was affronted when two guests expressed dismay at no coffee or anything else for bkft.

The rooms were disgusting!!! The lined hadn’t been changed and it ALL stain!!! Towels ect. You can see the bed bug poop on the mattress linden.

the room was dirty. cigarette ashes in the bathroom floor behind the toilet and hair in the floor. the bathroom vent fell down in the floor as I was in the shower. it was extremely dirty. tub looked dirty and old.

No maid service for the 2 days I was there I had to go to front desk for clean towels

It is right in town which makes it convenient but loud
The vinyl floors were nasty and slippery, I had to put a towel on the floor to stand at the sink. There was paint cracked and chipping on the bathroom walls. There was no coffee in the room which everyone has these days.

it was ok the stay but not the best the people that clean the rooms did ok but their is one lady who does an awesome job her name is Joann she does an amazing job I always leave her a tip of twenty dollars or more when I check out

We didn't like anything about this place
The place was awful from the room being very dirty floors not sweep nor mopped. And beds had hair on the sheets and it was nasty . The bathroom was disgusting with hair all around the bath tub . The microwave is nasty and inside the nightstand is some very nasty black stuff . This is very unacceptable for the price people have to pay they shouldn't have to stay in nastiest. Never again will we stay here . An I'm also going to put a bad review on the website as well letting other people know .
