The location worked for our visit. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Lightbulbs missing over vanity. Television would only get one channel, remote only worked for on/off and volume. Nonsmoking room smelled of cigarettes. Cigarette burns on dirty bathtub. Steps to second level in need of vacuuming. We were informed they haven't done breakfast since Covid, according to your site, breakfast was included.

The clerk refused to give me the handicap rm I had reserved because she didn't think i looked handicapped. They charge $5.00 for the supposedly free continental breakfast. They charge $2.00 for a roll of toilet tissue. They also gave us grease stained maintenance rags for towels. After signing up for the rewards program the desk clerk refused to honor the rewards account. Did not have a working key for access to the room. The clerk opened the door to let us in as opposed to making us a working key.

It was cheap and it was close to where I needed to be.

There was hair all over the bathroom area. The freezer had not been defrosted in literally forever and was totally unusable. When I called to find out where my $50 security deposit was 12 days later I was lied to by somebody who identified herself as Sue. She stated she couldn't find my reservation but was able to read back both my PO box and my physical address to me. Essentially she was extremely evasive. Additionally when I checked in I asked what breakfast was and the reply was McDonald's, to which I turned and looked at the big sign on the wall that said hot breakfast served daily. And she replied that she had been trying to get that taken down since August. Lastly I asked for a quiet room and was given one right next to the back door and stairwell where people came and went all night long.

The booking said the room came with breakfast which was why we chose to stay there. We found out at checkin that it didn't have breakfast. We walked down the road to a restaurant for breakfast. I would have stayed somewhere else that had breakfast and saved $35 dollars on breakfast if it was listed correctly.
