The whole experience. The first room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There were BUGS, hair and crumbs all over the floor. I went to the front desk to tell them. The guy just sat there and stared at me, never asked what I needed/wanted. All he responded with was I can switch your room. The second room was still dirty, not vacuumed, full strands of hair in the bathroom, rusty washers on the floor was not a nice touch in decor. It was terrible.

Good location. friendly staff. Nice fish tank and small lounge. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Property is worn. Carpet in hallway needs to be replaced immediately. It was worn and dirty.

The mattresses were broken, probably the worst mattress I’ve been on. They were misshapen and uneven, and were completely shot. Uncomfortable stay.

People were nice. Continental breakfast was decent. The bed and linens were fresh. The ac and TV were good. The hotel was close to everything.

Bathtub had some soap scum so I only showered. Carpets in main hallway need a good cleaning. Otherwise, no complaints.

Location good. Could walk to few stores near by hotel.

Outside hotel looking worn. Carpet felt damp, closet door won’t close properly. By closet door and bathroom mold or some thing around trim and carpet. Did not look good or clean.
