Convenient location multiple options restaurant there was nothing to not like

I didnt like the price gouging for the Breeders Cup in Lexington Ky, $150 per night for a dirty room, loud neighbors, air and heating unit not in working order, and lots of noise and people bothering me when i needed rest. Out of Curiosity, not wanting to relocate, a 3rd night went up to $180 so I packed my stuff and checked out at 7am before work. Bad Experience all way around.

Location of the hotel was good. Close to the freeway

Lack of security measures. Key to our room was given to another guest who was able to walk right into our room. No security latch on the door. Desk attendant at night did not seem to care. Did not apologize or offer any options (new key or change rooms). Non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in, even the sheets and bedspread smelled like cigarettes. Desk attendant in the morning apologized for the problems (security or smoky smell), but did not offer any concessions.

The key that gave me did not open my door. To make matters worse the gentleman who came in after me came in and said that the key they gave him it was the wrong one and then I open up the room to a bunch of people living in it. A different couple got there and walked in and roaches scattered underneath the bed. Then they were giving another room and then that room had other people in it as well.
