Nothing
Bed sheets and blankets were stained. Hot water was bad. Breakfast was disgusting. Pool was down for maintenance and no notification about the pool.
3.1
Nothing
The mold in the bathroom, garbage from previous people, not a single towel available for the pool, things falling apart, vent in bathroom hanging on by a screw, beds had stains and hair, stickers that were easily peeled off on dresser and table, elevator stunk of mildew as did our room. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not enough food at breakfast-was there the last hour and never got restocked. Awful

we didn't eat there.but it smelled good coming down the hall.it was nice and quiet, overall a nice stop for us.
location was little tricky.but in general not bad.

Breakfast was fine - good variety. But there was no jelly for the toast. Sign on microwave talked about heating hard boiled eggs, but there were no eggs. Only 2 serving spoons for 3 items; having celiac disease and being very cautious about cross contact, this was a concern. Most people were using the serving tongs for sausage and for biscuits - not acceptable when one has to be gluten free!!
Ice machine was broken and had to get ice from a travel cooler in the lobby. Definitely not convenient and hard to get ice without getting a lot of melted water. (Would this pass a health inspection??) I had asked for a first floor room because of health issues, but we had a 3rd floor room and had to use the elevator to do anything. We needed a rollaway bed, but they had none. But they did accommodate us in arranging a room with 2 beds and a sofa.

Our city of Lexington suffered damages from the horrific wind storm that affected our entire town, including our home, with loss of power at 4:45pm on Friday, March 3rd. As we realized that our power was likely to remain out throughout the night, and possibly the weekend, I booked a reservation at this Comfort Inn for 2 nights for a total of $212.06. We were to pay at the facility. We were awaiting our divorced daughter’s return from being out of town with our 2 grandsons to join us at the hotel, as they were included in our reservation, for the first night of 3/4. As we were getting ready to go to the hotel we just thought she was running late due to the weather, she called to say they had gone on to their home to get clothing and to check on their family pets. Sadly when they arrived home, it was only to find one of their dogs barely responsive. He had stomach surgery about 6 months ago, but had been doing well, despite a diagnosis of probable cancer. Her power was also out. Shocked to find her beagle in such deteriorated condition, she and the boys grabbed their things and brought him straight on so we could help care for the dog and our grandsons - ages 5 & 9. Of course with the dog passing bloody stools, and it already being after the 6pm cancellation time for night one, we expected to have to pay one night’s room rate as explained on the Booking.com site. Amanda called her vet who called in a RX for nausea and pain medicine to help the fog rest. We knew we could neither bring the dog to the hotel, nor leave our daughter and the boys to face this sad and difficult situation alone. Our boys were devastated, realizing their pet was likely going to die in a short time period. (Cont.)
We fully expected to be charged one night’s rate (stated to be $108.64) as outlined in our Booking.com reservation. I called the hotel on Sunday, March 5th and cancelled the reservation for the night of the 5th - our 2nd and final reserved night. When we looked at our charges, I was shocked to see that I had been charged $212.06, the cost of both night’s room! I have it in writing that I would only be charged $108.64 if we did not cancel prior to 6pm on the 4th and the same time by 6pm on the night of the 5th for that next night. I was not able to notify the hotel until Sunday morning at 10AM (spoke to Jenny) as to why we did not show up the night prior and due to the pet emergency. I cancelled the room for the night of the 5th then and still was charged the full price for 2 nights for the room. Our Beagle lived until Monday, March 6th - today. He was too weak to get up and go outside under his own power after Amanda and her boys found him on Saturday night. We made him comfortable; her vet put the dog to sleep today at 1:30pm. Of course, we all are very sad to lose a great pet that she had raised from 8 weeks of age and had for 17 years! He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed. I would appreciate being refunded the 2nd night’s rate without penalty as I followed the stated process to cancel that reservation. Any consideration your hotel might lend to our very sad weekend would be greatly appreciated.

That they had electricity.
It was a horrible stay. I didn't like the tub dripping all night, the stains on the blankets and bed skirts, the mold in the ice bucket and lid, the disgusting "food" they had for breakfast (only thing that looked safe was the waffles, coffee and apple juice) the orange juice looked old by the color of it. The front desk staff's attitude. It was a horrible stay and I plan to NEVER stay at this comfort inn or any comfort inn again.

Stayed there just for the indoor pool.
Had indoor pool but the room temperature that the pool was in was in the 30s. Pool was not heated. Way to cold for swimming.

Friendly staff
Room was not clean. There were greasy hand prints on the head board of our bed from previous guests obvious enjoying some adult activities. The main comforter was covered in hair that was not ours. We found out that their weekend cleaning staff is paid very little per room so it makes sense that things were missed. The pool was not usable since the room is in is not heated. The water almost had ice in it.
We decided to change hotels, and were told that since we went through booking.com there were no refunds.
It's next to two "gentleman's clubs."
