Everything was satisfactory. Our stay was very short as we arrived late. We were granted an extended departure time. My grandson was scheduled for surgery the next morning. It met our needs.
I was somewhat surprised by the high rates.

Plenty of space for my two sons and myself. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful.
Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable- mattress could be replaced

The hotel was nice and fit our needs. The breakfast was okay- there was hot food, so that was nice. The rooms were just the right size. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. There was a table, couch, and an additional couch/bench.
Everything was fine. It is located on a one-way, so one needs to utilize the U-Turn area just down the road. The eggs at breakfast were a little watery.

One elevator. Breakfast could get crowded. Bathtub had some “tape” for patches. Odd, random noise in the room at various times.

I really like this hotel. They have a great breakfast that is staffed. They are in a great location with Hudson Diner in the same parking lot. I really like these rooms and staff. No kids in pool after 1030, I think it should be sooner but....
Kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. I have stayed here 3 times and each time, kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night. They do sell earplugs. I do not know why this hotel is so popular with families with younger children but clearly it is. so just be aware. Even with this slight issue, I would still stay here because the beds are good to my back and the rooms are super clean.

It was very clean and the restaurant out front was very convent and had great food. the breakfast always had plenty of options. the pool was clean and quiet which was very relaxing!
The only thing I did not like was that no one every came and cleaned our room. We didn’t get any new towels or extra toilet paper unless we went down to the desk and asked for it. The staff was very nice so it wasn’t too bad, it just would have been nice to come back to fresh towels

The pool area was wild west kids playing in hot tub like it was a fighting pit. Pop tarts and chewed gum laying all around the hot tub. Was so loud I left with headache staff did nothing
