New flooring room. Young lady at the front was friendly

Facility was pretty run down - holes in the walls - tv mounted crooked - toilet seat cracked - new floors - ceiling falling down on front vestibule (roped off). Pretty rough condition

Dirty, 3” live cockroach in the bathroom, crack in the door to see day light, rude clerks, paranoid manager, no check out before 7 am because they are holding your $100 cash deposit in case you steal one of their shop towels they’re passing off as towels or the cheap blanket as a bedspread. Then the clerk is wasn’t there at 830 when I gave up and left. Poor excuse for a hotel.

I didn't stay at Fairbridge, I made it there for my 4 o'clock Reservation and there were police all in front of the building and judging by the outside of the building I was scared to leave my Jeep unattended in that parking lot... There was a guy walking around in the lobby as I sat in my Jeep looking for another hotel after the cops left that made me feel super uncomfortable as he was pacing back and forth to and from the door!!! On the site it says it has a pool but when I called before I made it there the lady at the desk said the pool wasn't open.. sorry not my type of Place to stay out of town... Needs to be cleaned up outside..

No ice machine nor did they have vending machines either

Did not stay mold was in the room tv did not work left as soon as I got there

no room service at all to come clean your room or replace towels

EVERYTHING! HORRIBLE PLACE. DIRTY. ROOM UNDER CONSTRUCTION. DRYWALL ON FLOOR. TUB AND SINK DIRTY AND STAINED. NO AMENITIES THAT WERE ADVERTISED. STAFF WAS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL. HEATER DID NOT WORK. BEDSIDE LAMPS DIDN'T WORK.

There were roaches and bugs, floors want clean, just a hot mess
