One room air conditioner did not work and the entry door could not lock. I requested a refund for one night for one of the room

Location was awful. Breakfast could have been better. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. No hand soap. Ice machine was dropping 1 cube at time.

the room was on the 1st floor with parking conveniently available next to room.

The room we were offered first was acceptable, however the AC didn't work. So we were offered another room, which was nice, but had a much smaller bathroom and the internet was slow so we were not able to use streaming TV programs that we wanted.

The staff was great

The pool didn't have any water in it and that was one of my preferences when I booked

Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean

There was no breakfast or pool. 1 of my towels was stained. There was no toiletries in the shower dispenser so good thing I brought my own.

The curtains were really thin. You could see into the room. The pool was really dirty so we didn’t go swimming. When we took the sheets off the bed, the mattress and the mattress pad was disgusting. The bathroom looked stained. The staff were really professional and friendly though. so we did like that :) 👍🏾 other than those few things it was an ok weekend stay.
