The facility was clean, the rooms were clean. Parking was good.

They placed a team of 60 kids on the floor it was so noisy and we did not get any sleep. It was extremely upsetting.

The two ladies that checked us out on May 2nd gave outstanding customer service!

The man that checked us in was rude and absolutely unhelpful! When we told him the tv didn’t work, he said,”yeah. We have a lot of new stuff. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t “. No discounted room and he wouldn’t let us change rooms either. The charge at reservation time, non refundable and are NOT pet friendly as advertised.

The rooms have carpet and not hard floors, which was a contributing factor in staying here.

Trash(water balloons) and pet hair on floors, not vacuumed. TV did not work. turned out to be a bad remote control. Staff said they would tell the manager about it. How about keeping a few spare remotes on hand?

The location and also the layout of the rooms. I always choose to stay at this hotel whenever i’m in the Missoula area.

Homeless people at breakfast were dirty and stuffing their pockets with food. We won't be back until they quit housing them.

The staff was friendly. Kids liked the pool. The location was perfect for our activities.

After traveling 7 hours to check in at 10 pm with my kids, we got placed in a dirty room. After lugging our stuff to another room with a broken light. I told them they did nothing.
