the staff was amazing

the pool was not open, the we got to our room the first time and it was awful and very dirty… we went down stairs to let them know put it and was very thankful we took pictures and immediately moved us…. so for the price of the few days we stayed it was not worth the money!!!

4/6/23-4/9/23 I had booked the king suite with a handicap accessible tub. The room was a nice size, bathroom was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, and at the time the pool was closed...That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Overall it was worth the money and I would stay here again when I visit Raleigh NC, the hotel is in Cary, NC which is 30 min from Raleigh NC.

I didn't like how the couch looked old, one of our lights was not working, and the room wasn't too bright

it was close to stores, clean, quiet

Breakfast was okay.

The Hotel person that i encountered wasn't any help at all. I have been there before and they have helped me out previously. I had to book online in order the get the 106 rate instead of the 174 rate. It took over an hour to get the room because he wasn't smart enough to see that i spelled my name incorrectly, I instead of a U, for Usher. We were so tired. Behind the desk smelled of weed. He gave us a room that was dirty, stained bedding, but you could see they were washed but still stains, no top sheet, small throw pillows in the room and not regular pillows for sleeping, dirty floor. At 2am in the morning we were exhausted and just wanted a room.

it was pet friendly, which was what we needed. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I thought I was getting a room with two queen beds but we got one queen and a sofa bed, which was not that comfortable.

Toilet had issues. when calling the front desk was informed that the house man would not be in till morning. It was a busy weekend with events in the area however the front desk check in person was complaint that she did not have time to see her college teams game. In my mind she was supposed to be working and concentrating on guest checking in. The furniture was all scratched up. The guest were all in the breakfast area with no shoes and socks on. A lot of coughing around the food area. The morning eggs kept running out. The elevator was making squeaking noise. There were 3 ice machines and only one worked (4th floor).

Location was very good everything within reach.

Nothing in particular everything was ok with me.

Sofa was covered in pet hair from previous visitor. No water pressure in bathroom. Facility outdated. Not a true "suite".

Indoor heated pool. Large size room. Friendly staff. Good location

Breakfast options very less. Eggs not done well. Coffee is just ok. Bathroom shower curtain was short. Water was flowing out.

Apple juice was very good

Breakfast was limited. No instant grits or oatmeal , no jelly for toast . no choice in bread only white . All other comfort inns we have stayed have had these items

The bed was comfortable.

The property was fine. When the tv didn’t work they sent up a new remote and it did work but the staff said “you have to be within an inch of the tv for it to work.” We called the desk for a wake up call that never came. Thank goodness we set up the alarm “just in case”. There was a lot of noise in the hallway during the early morning hours - 3 AM. The bathroom was not fully stocked- again glad we brought our own TP.

Location was convenient to where we were going.

Renovations needed in hotel. It is outdated. Doesn’t look clean. Doesn’t smell clean.
