The location was good for my stay. Close to a few restaurants and there’s a store across the street that proved to be convenient for a late night emergency. The staff was SUPER polite and did everything they could to correct a booking issue that occurred!

Pool was shut down. Had issues with my check in but was able to be put into a room that wasn’t super impressive.

It was very clean and the room was spacious.

The keys to the room did not work and had to be re-keyed several times. We had a disabled adult with us so the trips to the desk were a little inconvenient but otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was clean & presentable. Love how accommodating it was.

There isn't anything I can say bad about my stay at all.

Had a birthday sleepover for my 10 year old and my plan was to let them go swimming which was my main reason for getting the room because of inside pool. Called the day before and found out the pool wasn't working.

The location and price where the reason I choose to stay here. The price was great for the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I was pleasantly surprised.

The room we stayed in had alot of "mud" on the floors. I assume (just from what I saw), that alot of DOT or road work construction crews stay here. The mud/clay was on the couch, and on the floors. The floors were clean but it was almost stained in the carpet.

A very comfortable and spacious room with a sofa, coffee table, desk and of course the 2 queen beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value compared to many choices in nearby Greensboro area. Clean. Good breakfast options. Near several fast food restaurants where we grabbed quick dinners after check in.

The only issue I had was the toilet seat seemed very low. I think most places have adopted “seat height” but this was not. For older adults, it does make a difference!

We arrived on Thursday. We requested housekeeping on Saturday. When I complained at the desk, they said the log said our room was clean. they gave us towels and coffee. On Sunday once again no housekeeping, now at the desk they could not find the cleaning log. Again gave us towels and coffee. On Monday, we put our trash in the hall, they came in and took the dirty towels, did not make the bed, vacuum or clean the tables. The office/computer center printer did not work so I could not print out boarding passes. I asked to speak to the manager who was out of town. I felt I deserved a credit for not having any housekeeping but the assistant manager could not approve that. When we went to leave on Tuesday morning we could not even get a receipt. They had to email it to us.
