always great staff, clean hotel, safe, decent breakfast and happy hour meals for no charge.
Bathrooms are cheap and still shower curtains, yuk. its clean though. like to see the hotel do showers w/out shower curtains and tubs.

Front desk, breakfast and dinner staff was Exceptional. Room was very clean. Beds were Comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner. Loved the two adult Beverages that was included Every night. The kids loved the popcorn every night. Outside grounds felt safe and clean. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Pool was nice and clean so was hot tub.
Really just knit picking here I loved everything about this place really. The conditioner bottle in the shower did not work. I really wish they had coffee all day long like some places. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Toilet felt like you were sitting on the floor it was so low. Hot tub was hot but inside pool was freezing. Its attached to the outside. And being January it was cold. The kids didn't mind. I stayed in hot tub.

Drinks at end of day. Dinner and breakfast were way above average! Beds comfortable. Bathrooms spacious.
Maybe some more diet friendly options like sugar free or low fat items.

The rooms were clean and big. Loved the pool area. Beds were extremely comfortable and a very big shower and tub.
I did not like how the staff member Jas was rude when I told her I was having my daughter a birthday sleepover. She insisted on coming into the pool area and counted all girls then confronted me and said it was a fire code violation because I had 12 girls which I had no idea about. She then asked me was any girls going to leave and I felt very violated and uncomfortable and mad because it ruined my night.

absolutely loved that fact that they offer free breakfast, dinner, popcorn, and two alcoholic beverages (21+) for staying there. Saved me money, and the food was absolutely delicious!

clean, room was spacious, better than average included breakfast. yummy biscuits. clean and working indoor hot tub. modern look. son fell ill and we were able to move check out to 1 pm to give him
more time to sleep. friendly staff at every encounter

The hot tub and pool was wonderful.
1. The toilet in our room was always running
2. Tv remotes were spotty at best
3. Asked for housekeeping and only received it once
4. Breakfast was cold, cold breakfast potatoes are nasty.
5. Found glass on pool room floor, witnessed another guest cut their foot on it

Loved the amenities (indoor pool/hot tub). Loved the option for dinner and x2 drinks with the stay, not something you find with most Hotels other than the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with several options and proteins. Location put you in the center of all types of shopping and restaurants. Lastly, Staff were excellent and exceptionally courteous and helpful to all Patrons.
