All was good. Room was clean.

We got a great price on booking.com room was spacious & clean

Had to wait 20 minutes for a clerk to arrive at the front desk. He had to tend to maintenance issues.

Water pressure in the shower was lower than perfect, but was definitely okay. 🙂

Large parking, clean rooms, quiet

Stairs going to upper floor are in pretty bad shape, be careful when going up and down

Had to move rooms 3 times to have a working TV, the entire property smelled of marjuana, someone tried to break into our room twice once just after midnight and once at 2:06 am. Drug deals being made in the parking lot even in broad daylight but got worse after dark.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Management was helpful yet not intrusive to staying as long as we did.

The main entrance from road was blocked off due to construction and then when I checked out lacking any known reason to be denied the $40.00 a made was on standby to enter room to be certain to create reason for denial of returning us the $ 40 deposit we had been told we would get back when checking out. Their rates increased after first nite stayed and were raised significantly high compared to what the place provided and was not in same class as any $78.00 motel room to stay in same area so thai was not our best trip to stay at such a rundown yet stayed clean with the environment on such minimal upgrades which made that bearable

I've never had problems with this hotel the millions of times I've stayed here until my last stay in which my card was charged twice.. the other charge has yet to be released.
