Location is great for us, it’s close to the bay and seems like a good neighborhood

Everything was great, has been for years, we enjoy it there and it’s very clean and comfortable sleeping! Only thing I would like to see, Is maybe have more Electic hook ups for boats for the fisherman and a few more picnic tables behind the hook ups and make other guest aware that boaters need more room or space to get in and out of the parking lot. Maybe extend the parking lot out further to the back of the property by the tree line to give you more room to pull In and pull out. Other than that, It’s perfect

it was close to everything we needed and close to all the places we went!

the only thing we could complain about was that the breakfast choices were very poor and 3 of the mornings they stuff wasn’t stocked and we had to ask someone to get juice , honey and sandwiches ect.

All the staff was pretty wonderful and it was a really nice room.

House keep never stopped without being asked, unless it was while we weren't there, but we had to ask for more towels and such and the garbage ended up overflowing the cans. I tried to keep it easy clean up though.

We were stuck there because of the blizzard in Buffalo and the staff was so kind and helpful. We couldn't get home but they did everything they could to help us feel comfortable during our debacle.

Was a quiet stay

The breakfast was grab and go. Heat your own breakfast sandwich was below par. The smell of the room was tolerable.

Room was a good size, clean and had all we needed. All in all quite adequate

Had to wait quite a while to check in. Seemed a bit understaffed but seems to be a sign of the times. Price a little steep.

The location close to Presque Island

Breakfast should include more fresh ingredients like fruits etc.. No refrigerator in the room.

Good location to Erie national airport. Staff is nice. Price is good.

Before Covid-19 , there was free transportation between Erie national airport and the hotel. I would like them , please get it back the service.

Breakfast was very skimpy no hot food.

There was NO sound proofing in this hotel. I heard EVERY foot step of the people above me.
