Friendly staff and very clean!

The hotel is always clean & comfortable. We continue to book the Wingate whenever we stay in Erie. (2-4 times/yr). Plus the coffee is even good too! 😃

The have the best hotel beds I've ever experienced! The front desk staff is very nice. We chose not to get cleaning during our 3 night stay But no complaints on room. .I'd like to see some new choices at breakfast. Hard boiled eggs are easy to offer. Maybe alternate choices...add bacon not just have sausage. Maybe add local donuts (mighty fine especially)

This hotel and their staff are top notch. It is a moderately priced hotel with lots of great amenities and it is close to everything.

I don't have any complaints, I just always like to leave room for improvement because everyone can strive to do better.

So many good things! It was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my king suite- had no idea there was a whirlpool tub tucked away in a separate room! Breakfast was very good.

Easily accessible to shopping and the highway. Staff were friendly and very willing to help. Beds were very comfortable.
