the the cleanliness was great and the cleaning ladies were so nice

the night I checked in the blonde receptionist was very rude and told me she could accept my credit card although I already paid for my rooms and to just go back the next day to ask for a refund for my rooms or to find someone else to check in for me like an aunt or someone and bring a good cash deposit but she very super nice to the guy behind me she didn’t give him a hard time at all and he didn’t need a cash deposit. so I left and asked a friend to check in for me when we returned to the hotel the red head receptionist was so nice and said the other lady had already checked me into my room so I told her what the lady said and I asked how much I needed for cash deposit and said you don’t need a cash deposit here is your room keys welcome to cambria and enjoy your stay. the following day the blonde receptionist was back at work and when my daughter went to the desk to ask for a pool towel the lady told her she was going to charge my room for the pool towel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made me feel at home.

Bed was a little hard but good enough

Hotel staff were crabby. Almost unapproachable. Seemed like none of them wanted to be there or didn't like their job. Created a uncomfortable environment
