Loved the hotel, clean rooms, big rooms, not noisy. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Bryce checked us in and out, communicated very well with us, and was generous, as our room was not ready when we got there. He did all he could to make us comfortable and accommodate us while we waited. He even reached out after we got into our room to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our room.

We waited nearly an hour for our room to be available. This was mostly inconvenient, as we arrived an hour early to begin with, and were hoping to get into our king suite before we went out. During the night, we heard loud noises above u Our room, like someone, was moving furniture. We also could hear surrounding room's doors opening and closing so loudly, we kept thinking someone was about to walk into our room. Overall, our experience wasn't horrible, but I expected more for what I paid for 1 night.

The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a very nice location for us to get away and spend time together. The facilities were amazing and the casino was very cool and the restaurants were delicious.

The shower was interesting to use, but eventually we were able to get it figured out. Other than that, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves.
