It's in a very sketchy area of Chattanooga not even sure you can consider it downtown. They have bed bugs. They know they have them. Wasn't surprised at all when I told them.

I loved that I didn’t have to pay to park! The man that checked us in Saturday night 01/30/2021 was so friendly- he had the best customer service of any hotel staff I’ve met in months. Amazing customer service!!!!

The elevator was running really slow, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Dirty room 2 small roaches as I just went in, no toilet paper. Beds were so uncomfortable.

Entramos a la habitación y estaba una cucaracha en la pared... las camas mal hechas, miramos al piso y eran muchas más cucarachas... salimos de allí inmediatamente. Ni nos importo lo que pagamos. Mi hermano acababa de tener su diálisis no lo podía tener en un lugar así. Fue muy desagradable.

The room they give me was very dirty, from the restroom to the bed. The refrigerator wasn’t working the tv controller wasn’t working and it was a lot of roaches crawling on dresser, restroom, floor, bathroom tub ect.. very uncomfortable…

The hotel itself is very rundown. The room we got was upgraded to premium bedding which was dirty, and a premium snack box which we never got. The bathroom in the room was dirty, the floors are sticky. The worst thing is there is what looks like a cap to a syringe in the hallway in front of our door. When we pulled back in to the parking lot from grabbing dinner there was someone with a flashlight and jug of liquid crawling around on the sidewalk in front of the building. I could honestly overlook those things but it's just really gross.
