The woman at the front desk was frightening, as in I literally tried to hide from her going in and out. She was harsh and rude.

The room was comfortable and I loved the lemon water available all day.

Room was a little hot at night.

Very clean! Night lights are modern.

I prefer a larger refrigerator.

Quiet even though closely located to the interstate.

I was given a room next to the elevator. It was a room that shouldn't even be rented to guests. For three hours I heard nothing but conversations - many loud - from people going up and down in the elevator. In addition, the picture of the room on the website made it look larger than it was. It was basically a small room with a couch shoved up against the wall. I stayed downtown on the way back and had a much better experience at the same price.

Beds were comfortable and lots of room. Had enough towels and extra bedding.

Breakfast area was small. Side entrance doors we assessable without using a key card kind of put us off with the security aspect of things.

Room great, Breakfast good. I enjoyed my stay.

Only problem with cleanliness was it looked like someone's underwear was stuffed behind the sink. Noticed it when picking something out of the floor in the bathroom. Would stay again if going back into Knoxville.

This hotel was pretty much as described. The beds were a little stiff for my taste! The check in was quick but the lady that checked us in was a little short in temperament not necessarily rude but not very talkative? The room was nice and big and comfortable!
