Roaches all over the room

Location and value and cleanliness.

Bed to hard.

I didn't it was really bad the smell was horrible the ppl that I guess live there are loud and stand outside talking loud at any given time of day or night

Unclean, lot of noise from near by rooms, mostly long term stays in this hotel

Clean and reasonable and front staff and housekeepers were all very polite 😀

We didn't have any issues maybe more pillows ...

checked in late and staff was helpful! said we could change room to deluxe (what we reserved) the next day. (mix up in dates on my part. Day Mgr was rude.

cockroaches in room, kitchen cabinet door hanging off, bathroom door would not shut, microwave was broke & TV didn’t work. only thing they fixed was TV- after we called them. day manager did not talk, nor acknowledge what I told him. replies ~ what do you want? me~ another room! he didn’t apologize for the nasty room with cockroaches or anything.

This is the worst hotel ever… This hotel is infested with roaches.. Fist night went to bed, had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and I had to fight my way to the bathroom… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

We stayed because it was across from the hospital where we had a very early check in.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. Was impressed

The check staff wouldn't commit to answering questions about the stay. Kept saying to talk to manager even though I had an email but refused to read it and said dont care it doesnt matter, talk to manager. Asked for late check out of 2 hours pass the due time and offered to pay, but kept telling to take it up with manager (this stay was on a weekend!). Even gave me wrong info on manager hours so I never could talk to manager. I did get the late check out but I had to fight with the same person 3 different times

We reserved a double queen room and upon check in we were told that the only availability was a king room. We booked this room over two weeks prior to stay and were never notified that availability of double queen room had changed. We had to scramble to find another room at 9:00 at night as we had to have a double bed to accomodate our children during our stay.

Nice staff at front. Fast with requests that we made. Overall it was ok.

Roaches. They need to exterminate. Light in kitchen blinked off and on.
