Beds were way too soft!! Tub drained so slow it was filling up as you showered!! Shoddy construction! Globs of caulking in the shower! Not the cleanest.

The pool and hot tub area was great with the palm trees. Hot tub was hot, and jets were good.

The water in the showerer kept going cold then hot.

The bed was comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, surprisingly good breakfast. Quieter than I expected at night. Walked across the street for dinner. A maid went above and beyond to help me find the ice machine. The room was clean.

The alarm clock was illegible, shower valve was crude and difficult. Toilet was kid sized. Television didn’t want to cooperate. Had to shut A/C off because it wouldn’t respond to adjustments.

It was conveniently located for my travel plans. The registration process was smooth. Breakfast was good and sufficient for my needs. It was hot and ready enabling me to get back on the road early. I was very pleased.

It is an older hotel. Some might describe it as "tired." This does not mean it wasn't adequate. It met my needs for a comfortable place to stay for the night.

The room was outdated, and the icemaker didn't work. The breakfast was boring

Ice machine out of order or working poorly. Pool not clean. Hot tub way too hot. Pool chairs broken. No umbrellas

chipping paint, weird smell in rooms, stuffy, outdoor light shining through drapes and kept me up all night.

Absolutely NOTHING!

Listing said pet friendly with no mention of a pet fee. Told the clerk and she basically called me a liar. Gave up and agreed to the fee. Got 2 keys to the room at the back of the hotel. Unloaded car and tried to enter the room. Neither key worked. Walk back to the front. Clerk tried to teach me how to use the key like I was a child. Walked back to the room and keys still didn’t work. This was the last straw. Went back to the desk, demanded a credit for the room and drove another 50 miles to Cedar City. Will NEVER stay at this hotel!

The staff were super helpful and friendly.

There was hair in the bathtub, and mold on the ceiling.

Breakfast was below any reasonable standards. Didn’t have basic foods. In other words didn’t even have simple boiled eggs.
