The scenery in the area was lovely. The hotel was clean.

We were staying one night and desperate needed time to relax. Check put time is 11am. We had no plan to stay past that. At 940am, housekeeping knocked and opened the door. We were still in bed but awake. At 1020am our room phone rang. It was the front desk clerk asking if we were "OK" and reminding us that check out was 11am. At 1055am the phone rang again, asking us if we'd be out by 11am. I asked what the rush was. I was told that it was required, by the owner, to make sure rooms were.cleared by check out. Also, one of the reasons we chose this hotel is that a pool is listed as one of the amenities. I was going to the pool just after check in, and I was told that the pool was closed. The evening desk clerk told me that we could use the pool at a sister property 10 minutes away. He explained that in order to do so, we would need to come to the desk, request the pool, rheybwould call the sister property, get permission and then we could use the pool. Are you kidding me? The desk clerk the next day stated that we should have called first to verify the pool was open, insinuating it was our fault we had no use of a pool. Crappy customer service.

the location was very nice

Location was convenient for food and for I 81.

The bathroom door was not functional! The regular door had been replaced with a “handmade sliding barn door” style door that was too small to cover the entire opening. It also was only connected at the top. My small dog kept trying to get in the bathroom. I had to worry about him getting choked by the loose hanging door. Unsafe, tacky, and a lack of privacy!

Breakfast was good-fairly nice selection.

Shower head wasn’t the best.

Great location. Good place to stop for the night. We would use again if in the area. Staff were very friendly.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The pool was not open yet but we found a great park a mile away for our little one to play at.

The breakfast was very good. Everything was delicious and all the little touches mean a lot to travellers. The beds were comfortable also.

I wish that the room had blackening curtains. The lights are bright in the area.
