The room was dirty and infested with bed bugs . The staff was terrible said we were lying about the bed bugs went up to check and came back and said nope no bugs. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE all over the walls in the bathroom walls . Then they wouldn’t even give us bags to bag up our stuff so we didn’t take the bugs home we had to run over to sheetz and ask them for some. Weren’t apologetic didn’t do anything to help us nor would they give us our money back ! ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with how we were treated !

Room smelled disgusting of cigarette smoke and mildew- my clothes were coated in the stench. Walls dirty and streaked with water stains.

The location is superb, easy to find.

Everything. The room stinks. The microwave in room 126 is not working, and the TV was not coming on either. The receptionist was rude to me during checkout. The communication was poor. I went for breakfast at 07:20 a.m. The proteins(eggs and sausages) were finished, and were not refilled. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to

There where no towels when we arrived and in the morning I was woken by a continuous barking dog.

I'v stayed here several times in the past, but the carpets throughout the hotel were noticeably dirtier than in the past and the walls in the bathroom showed signs of water damage.

The hotel needs need carpet throughout and a deep cleaning of the entire place.
