The breakfast was good.

The room we had was needing updating as far as painting and cleaning smoke smell. It's supposed to be non-smoking, but it was bad. My wife is allergic to smoke, so she had a terrible time sleeping etc. Lights from outside were good for security, but not for sleeping. Light came through sides of curtains. Back door was right beside our room and it didn't lock for security. Price too high for facilities.

The restaurant right behind the motel was really good.

The breakfast was never stocked and barely had anything. They didn't like giving towels out and the building was starting to run down. One of the workers was nice but the rest was rude and it was noisy out side.

very out dated, carpet was dirty and there were bed bug covers on the mattress's.

The internet price was not honored although booked through bookings.com. There was no Breakfast at all. The coffee was terrible.

Location and the parking was well lighted.

First, my assigned room wasn’t cleaned at approximately 9pm. The room I was re-assigned to was is dire need of a make over. Carpet smelled of diesel fuel, cockroaches scattered everywhere once the lights were on, cleaners left the four I killed lying in the bathroom floor my entire stay, bed was way past it’s prime. Same carpet from the last 20 years that I have traveled to Robinson. It was nasty!!! A no smoking facility but the employees all smoke right outside the door. This place used to be much better!

We got kicked out because a company rented all rooms. So they told us we have to meve out

Location directly across the road from my destination.

I left hotel at 845 am. No breakfast was available. Desk clerk said they didn't know when it would be there. Dated hotel needs to be upgrades

I liked that the hotel came with a microwave and refrigerator. I was also expecting to pay a $25.00 pet fee which was waved at checkout. Customer Service at check in and check out was great ( two different people).

The water never got hot in the room

Too exspensive half pillows sucked bathroom too small

In the middle of our stay the key card did not work on return from visit with family. The reason was someone was checked out for the incorrect room.

Staff was friendly...always great to receive a warm welcome during check in

TV reception was terrible Would have appreciated additional blankets.
