No complimentary breakfast

It was good place

When I called to make the reservation, they said that they take cash. And when I got there to pay with cash and they said they don't take cash. So I won't be staying there ever again. I am not happy with that hotel ever again.

Room was clean. Quiet at night.

Only one elevator working. Really crowded. Breakfast was not great.

I like that it was located close to a lot of attractions, loved the bed, best bed sleep in at hotel in while!

I didn’t like that u had to pay for breakfast, didn’t like how high Starbucks was, it was over $4 fir small cup coffee

I didn't like how the shampoo and body wash were on the wall , I hit my elbow off the top of the shampoo and cut my arm..if it were in the back of the shower that might be better placement for it.

Loved how close it was to the airport.

Fireworks from KY Kingdom woke us up, but understandable. We enjoyed the show.

Because our 1st one was terrible!! Not kid friendly, told us there was a pool and there wasn’t

We were stranded at the airport at 1 am due to storms and two other passengers recommended your hotel. The shuttle delivered us, your staff welcomed us warmly, and the beds were comfortable at 2:20 am. The shuttle took us to Cracker Barrel for lunch, we rested well throughout the day, dinner at the lobby bar was delicious, and the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 3:30 am the following morning was pleasant and helpful!

There were no washcloths in the room when we arrived, but the front desk staff was happy to help us with that minor inconvenience.

The place was in a great location! Staff was super friendly! Hotel was elegant! Checkin was quick!
