The smell in the rooms were horrible. We had used towels. No ice machines on my floor. Housekeeper went into my room while I was out, took the shower mat and closed the blinds. Nothing else was completed while the housekeeper was in there

The property was a suite and we had our own refrigerator and freezer to put food that needed to be kept cold. it was such a blessing.

I booked this stay specifically because the front desk person I spoke with assured me the EV charging spaces are blocked off and would be available to me upon check-in. When I arrived, the night manager had given up the charging spaces to gas powered vehicles which to some people might not be a big deal, but if I parked my electric vehicle in front of a gas pump and shrugged and said sorry, that would be ridiculous. The fact that the front desk girl had nothing to say except for sorry with a crooked smile really set a bad tone. When you drive all day and arrive at your hotel and think I can finally put my family in bed and charge the car so we can continue our journey tomorrow, that's completely interrupted when there's nowhere to even park or charge.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the fact that you can only make a right hand turn as soon as you leave the parking lot.

I love the location and the cleanliness of this property. I like that it has spacious rooms and a little kitchenette. This is my third time staying at this hotel while visiting my son who is at Fort Bliss. Each time has been a very good experience and I will recommend them over and over. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because our dishwasher would not run and on one occasion when housekeeping came in they made the bed, but did not empty our full kitchen trash can. The staff is wonderful and always very courteous.
