They dint clean the rooms every day.

The staff was friendly. That was the only good thing about our stay.

The room was outdated, falling apart and filthy. The location was nice but I would rather spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Staff was very courteous, check in was fast and easy. Staff was able to accommodate my request. The lobby was attractive

The pool was cold, uninviting. The bathroom need renovation. The breakfast was not good. The area was very cold and the selection of food was not good. There were cheerios on the floor from the day before. The layout of the breakfast area could be improved (more open).

Located very close to the airport arrive and baggage claim (you can actually walk but there is a n excellent and prompt shuttle service.

Food was horrible! Drinks taste like dirty water. The pool was dirty. It felt like a motel

The pool was extremely cold, and the jacuzzi was closed with no water.

The location was very easy to find from the airport. The staff was exceptional. Travis checked me in late at night and he made sure I knew where to find the building with my room. Later on, I needed help from him and a very nice woman at the front desk with him. I asked for a taxi referral, they gave me Adan’s business card. The next morning he picked me up and made himself known to the staff which, as a woman alone I greatly appreciated both those small actions. I called the front desk later to complement them and they answered the phone promptly. 10/10 stars.

the pool was great

there was a very big difference between what the rooms looked like on the website compared to how the rooms actually were. It was very misleading in my opinion.

I like the room it was very nice! The customer service was great!

the pool and hot tub were very dirty and the hot tub would t heat up.

Breakfast was great. LOCATION WONDERFUL. HAVING SHUTTLE VERY CONVENIENT.

Getting to breakfast location was confusing. Could be made into an open concept.

breakfast was usual powdered eggs, yogurt, cereal and coffee. no decaf coffee.

no internet in our room. drape had a visual cut in fabric. just very tired decor, one lamp on one side of bed. not enough desk plug ins for electronic devices. but room was clean and location was perfect. appreciated the friendliness of our shuttle driver and all desk staff.

the cashier at the restaurant told me that she doesn’t speak Spanish and she was speaking Spanish to other people few minutes later 😣

Computers were down when we tried to check in but desk clerk comped us a free drink at the bar and when the computers were working again a half hour later she gave us an upgrade which made the experience stress free as we had driven all day and were very tired.

I have a pet peeve about the bathroom fan being covered in dust, very few hotels keep these clean. Weird tv set up from the 90’s, why is the guide on a channel?
