needs more lights, parking area was dirty with liquid bottles and beer cans. the room wasn’t mopped most of the outlets didn’t work.

I reserved and paid for a king bed with 2 queens but got 3 full beds instead . I arrived exactly when I said I would in the check in window and room was not ready it was just being cleaned as I was checking in after I arrived . I was looking at going to go to a nicer resort that was actually cheaper for the night with more amenities but went with this one for the king and two queens to fit our family more comfortably. We did not sleep well when you have a toddler and two adults in a full bed . The room was mostly clean .mopped clean tables etc but looked run down .fridge had a broken leg stand and would lean weirdly every time you opened it. There were a ton of littles beetles outside that even with door closed ended up inside everywhere. The pool had a broken light just sitting in the shallow end on the ground cord in the water big hole where the light should be.I was afraid we would get shocked when the lights come on. It seems very dangerous to have a pool light in the very beginning of the shallow end of a pool. a small child could cut their foot or get wrapped up in the cord and drown. I have stayed at this motel before but it has gone downhill fast. It wasn’t even the cheapest.we could have been at a resort and saved money but made the poor decision to attempt to get the nicer room we had stayed in previously.Apparently finding ,reserving ,and paying for a room does not guarantee you get it.

Very friendly and inviting staff...the room was clean and can't beat the pup friendly place...also I like how the units are separated so you don't have to park all far from your room

The bed was comfortable. The room was scrupulously clean. The accomodations were what I wanted. And the staff was friendly & accomodating. What more could I have desired?

I would have appreciated tea availability at the morning coffee bar.

The cooler in our room was very noisy and didn't work properly. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a dog area which was not good I kept getting thorns in my shoes. The property needed a good landscaping and the pool looked refreshing but was always dirty and the pool area needed new chairs and beds. Our rooms weren't next to each other one upstairs one downstairs. There was alot of garbage possibly from renovations. They don't provide toiletries unless you go and ask.

I realize the power outage that delayed me checking in by almost 3 hours in the middle of the night was not their fault. Had the guy that seem to be in charge understood how to use his phone as a hotspot our stay would have been much less of an ordeal. Almost 3 hours later the young lady that seemed to know how to do her job was able to check us in by using her phone as a hotspot. After originally booking the room I called to verify it was okay to check in late and that the room would be on the lower floor as I have problems with gout and have problems climbing stairs. The young lady that seemed to be efficient at her job was able to find our original room that had been reserved for us. The guy that seemed to be in charge instructed her to change us to a second floor room he had explained that due to the power outage and the inconvenience he would offer us a discount until he discovered that the room was booked through another service at that point no discount no accommodations. Had it not been almost 3:00 in the morning and more than a two and a half hour drive home this room would never have been acceptable dirty not well maintained the toilet lid was not even big enough for the toilet tank didn't even fit that shape toilet not to mention the mold in the shower and the dirt build up on the floor next to the baseboards it was disgusting. We have called to verify that there was coffee makers and blow dryers in the room and after being told there was to our surprise there was not.

Swimming pool wasn't open the times we wanted to swim.
